A graduate of Texas Christian University (TCU), José Guanti began his career in Panama’s telecom sector, working with the country’s first Tier III data center and second-largest commercial voice and data provider.

As a liaison between global firms like Nortel, Engine X Networks, and CH2M Hill, he contributed to strategic planning and execution of secure, large-scale infrastructure projects.

After completing his MBA in Marketing & Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, José returned to Panama to work as a real estate advisor and consultant during the nation’s most dynamic economic expansion — connecting international buyers, banks, and legal teams with efficiency and precision.

Today, José brings that same strategic clarity to two industries where trust is everything: real estate and senior living transitions. In special cases, he also advises on private-label product development, offering insight and connections across niche international markets.
