José Guanti brings a strategic and international perspective to real estate advisory and residential property transactions across South Florida and Panama.

He began his career in Panama’s telecommunications sector, contributing to the development of the country’s first Tier III data center while working with one of the nation’s largest commercial voice and data providers. In this role, he collaborated with global engineering and infrastructure firms including Nortel, Engine X Networks, and CH2M Hill on secure, large-scale projects.

After earning his MBA in Marketing & Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, José transitioned into real estate advisory during Panama’s period of rapid economic expansion, coordinating property acquisitions for international clients alongside banks, attorneys, and developers.

Today, he represents property owners and qualified purchasers in residential real estate transactions throughout Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade, applying a disciplined and structured approach to pricing, positioning, and execution.

He also guides families through senior living transitions, helping them identify appropriate assisted living and memory care options while coordinating the real estate decisions that often accompany these transitions.
